1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Services Scope

Geneco provides strategic advisory and investment-related services. GAS is an AI governance system operated by Geneco. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued as needed.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our services.
• You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Facebook Platform Use

If you use Facebook-related features, you must comply with Facebook Platform Terms, policies, and developer requirements. You are responsible for permissions you grant and for lawful processing of connected data.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, software, and materials in our services are owned by Geneco or licensed to us. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Geneco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
